Lips Electrified In Bliss Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Lips Electrified In Bliss

Lips electrified in bliss
Soul to soul in unison
Feelings shared
Sacred bond achievement

To hold onto unconditional love
Is to never be ashamed of any flaws
Being proud of whom one is
While expressing the pride
Of a lover in a celebration
Upon the blessing of two positives
Surging into a powerful force
So epic it could never be replaced

There is no regret from the past
The future is all that there is
A clean slate between two lovers
As each soul is seen more
Than the limits of the flesh
Going beyond any limitations
Helping each other better
Themselves at the very process

Can you feel the electricity in the air?
Smell the sweet fragrance
That somehow still remains
Deep into memory's scent
As if it was always there?

Well then love could be more nearer
Than you ever thought it was before

Sacred, sacred love
A rarity in form
Never fearing defeat
By the redundant shots of regret
Or the toxic influence
Of words deceiving to its false core

Lips electrified in bliss
Soul to soul in unison
Feelings shared
Sacred bond achievement

Now who is truly ready for love?
Love, where redundancy never exists
And through the years keeps reinventing itself
By the standards of the heart and soul alone

A superficial kind of love will die
Or create false dreams in fictional chaos
As emotions fade away into oblivion

I would rather be true and alone
Than plagiarize these feelings
In a consent of disillusion

A kiss has more meaning
When two lovers leave their bodies
In a moment of bliss
As two souls take over
Celebrating the true meaning of love
They both never knew existed before

With feelings like these
My intuition grows
More than it has ever grown before
Dreaming of sweet moments of bliss

To my future love
Will we feel the electricity?
When we first kiss?

Without desperation
Love becomes stronger than ever before

I truly believe this for sure!

Nothing better
Than lips electrified in bliss
