Liquid Dream - Poem by Oscar Rodriguez

Feeling like glass thing
in the hands of a
persistently mischevious
child, I fall asleep,
and the bridge embraces
me; the moon soothes me
with its cool, gently
illuminated touch, and the stream speaks
to my dreams of its liquid nightmares.
