Little Boy Poem by Liliya Mazur

Little Boy

Rating: 4.8

'Honey don't go there'
But the boy tipped along.
Muffling a whisper
'I'll show her, she's wrong.'

He was young.
Not even seven.
The river took him
And swept him to heaven.

Heartbreakingly to-the-point.
