You... don't... want me...

Little Man

You come to me now
I don’t know why or how
You smile to me, I glow with joy
As if I were a kid with new toy
I felt the love, the trust, the cheer
As soon as you came near
Please, I beg, don’t leave today
I will only be happy if you stay

This is my favorite of your poems thus far, Janay. It's straightforward, honest and above all filled with warmth. Love your title too. Your brother sounds like a great kid. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
