Let your light shine bright for God
Interest others in His Holy Word
Get knowledge strewn in fertile sod
Helping those His message heard
Trimming your light; do not nod. If it's a candle you light,
Place it so many may see
The footsteps of Jesus all right
To follow from bended knee
'Til our lives are lost from sight. Let's strive for a kilowatt beam
And send it so very far
Through study, prayer,
and heavenly dreams
He will supply our every par
To generate love through every seam. Shine! Shine for all to know
God in truth is on our side,
Lighting our lives so we may sow
Holiness on each and every tide,
Saturating others with its flow.
