Live On Life’s Breeze

What is life, if it ends here?
If nothing is to feel
What could cause, man death, to fear?
If hell is seen unreal

Only a fool will speak as this
Whom devils could deceive
Who’ll God and Heaven swift dismiss
And other fools believe

I bless my God, that I’m not one!
Thank God, I’ve seen the light
I’ve heard the voice of Christ, God’s Son
Putting fears to flight

I’m living on life’s upward breeze
God’s Promise deep inside
Seeking my Father’s will to please
With The Holy Ghost as guide

Through whom lighter is now my soul
My eyes are open wide
Slowly, surely, toward life’s goal
Beyond the youngest tide

When judgement dawns for objectors
Unfaithful, throughout time
The scoffers, the Christ rejecters
Most loathsome, heinous crime

All the dead, still rambling blind
Rebels, abhorrent found
With devils, the dregs of lost mankind
Will find no higher ground

While Jesus saints to life take flight
Enter Life’s pearly door
Fools will begin their endless night
Like Noah’s day before…..
