Live The Moment. Live In Reality Poem by Sleinez Robs

Live The Moment. Live In Reality

I went outside for lunch, sitting next to a bunch
The lady in red sits down with a lad
No conversation was present, I almost think she was mad
A few hours passed and all they do is eat
Still no conversation was present, I can feel the heat
I notice something so usual, this generation's predictable
That little screen, shackled in their hands
Having conversations with the fans
Questions raging towards me
Aren't they happy, you see
Their physical body is together
But between them is a cold weather
Living their lives inside those screen
Cold as a corpse, a melancholic scene

This mother and daughter in the front table
So typical, dialogue was disable
Can't you hear your mom complementing your hair?
Unfortunately, those words vanished in the air
Their physical body is together
But between them is a cold weather
Living their lives inside those screen
Cold as a corpse, a melancholic scene

I looked on the right, saw someone familiar
Throwing curses on people, that is something peculiar
In the internet world, she is someone spiritual
But what I see now, she'd gone hysterical
Does she have a split personality?
Or does she have to live in the reality
Living their lives inside those screen
Cold as a corpse, a melancholic scene

I grieve for this generation where life is beyond the screen
Appreciate the present, who would have thought what could have been
Live in the moment, live in reality
Life is beautiful, not the technology
