Living But Just Poem by jennifer jang

Living But Just

If I die
I die alone
The darkness engulfing
With every tick

The clock is my enemy
That I am fighting
My own life
I am sustaining

The rocks that cut thorough
my bare feet
Is nothing
But walking

Hunger is everyday
Thirst is nearly
Life is a precious game
I am losing

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I've been reading World vision
and I've been inspired by those stories
of death and suffering
I know I'm young
but i hope
others could care about them
and I hope people could help
Beacause they deserve a life too.
