Living In The Moment - Poem by Linda G. Clement

Life's memories are made in a single moment,
Present time allows nothing to deter these memories,
not even one component.
As time goes on, the memories of the past,
Stay with us and last, last, last.
Cherishing these moments is living at its best,
Which permits oneself to reminisce while at rest.
Living in the moment brings such pleasure,
Realization one must eternally treasure.
These special memories with whom one may share,
Are important to those who care.
Listening to one another,
Brings wealth to each other.
All this and more,
Makes living in the moment a vital score!
Do not lose out in disarray,
Spend your time today,
Living in the moment!
Tears Out yonder window lies a puddle,
Made this day from tears above.
