Living In Vain Poem by Lennon Collins

Living In Vain

When God holds me, hanging from the sky,
Will you lend a passing eye,
And wonder why on this fine night,
The lord has snatched a star so bright?
Or will you pass without a glance,
Assuming that it is by chance,
That tonight the sky is dim and black,
Saddened by the light I lack?
