Lonely Beach Poem by prabhakar bhatlekar

Lonely Beach

On a lonely beach
I shouted out her name.
Ripples went till
the horizon kissing
the waves of
exuberant Emerald.
A long trail of footprints
ending the journey.
Mad wind shook my existence
danced around me
scattering all over
the pieces daydreams.
Faraway rocks
illusory movements.
A sudden quietness fell
all over the sea
provoking me to shout
her name.
