Lonely Road Poem by prabhakar bhatlekar

A sudden lonely roadoverwhelming
the window seen there gone
jumping over the horizon.
In fact I always had the feeling
walking on it though
Inever was serious about it!
And when I stand by the window
to see the absurd noisy street
without the horizon.
The bout linger... why I don't know!
The fix window frame is there
holding the lonely road
to play tricks on me.
Out there this place have many roads
crisscrossing each other
to create no sense.
I walk out to feel the earth.
And there is enormous land
stretched till the horizon
with no road.
I turn and look at the window frame.
Someone is there looking
at the horizon forlonely road.
