Lonesome Being Poem by Tamsyn Leigh Isaacs

Lonesome Being

I walked pass you today, I felt this sudden ache
Wondering to me was our love a mistake because it ended in heartbreak
So confused, was I the one that did you wrong
But since you’ve been gone my feelings for you remained strong
I caused you pain but at the end I was left with this pain
Lonesome being
Because life without you has no meaning
I have fallen but still I cannot rise
My days are foggy like the earth without its sun
Yet I still dream of you babe, just wish that everything would come true
That my world is blue waiting to be turned colourful by you
