Luke Janes

Sitting, he hopes
Finding the right time,
Waiting for it to come,
Knowing it will be sublime

Lingering for long,
He begins to realize,
He hopes he is wrong,
Until he opens his eyes.

It will not happen,
Encased in sorrow,
He starts to think,
Maybe tomorrow.
