"long‑shadow hour"
The day loosens its grip,
light slants to slivers.
Shadows lengthen
—slow,
deliberate—
as if time itself were stretching,
testing the edge of Evening.
In that widening dusk,
every shape grows older,
every silence deepens,
and the world leans softly
toward oncoming dark.
