Looking Back Poem by Rashida Mack

Looking Back

Rating: 5.0

Tomorrow’s greatest sorrow,
Is it’s fleeting past,
gone too soon,
But what can be done,
With what cannot be forgotten?

The roots of the tree,
Pour through the house,
Past the doors and windows,
Up the chimney,
To the crown.
