Losing you, broke my heart
Why did they have to tear us apart
Sometimes I think I can feel you near
But It hurts so much, without you here

So many things I never got to say
Because it was too late, you'd slipped away
A hole in my heart, where you used to be
Where are you grandad, I wish I could see

Even though you're gone, I know you're around
Please give me a sign or make a sound
To bring you back, It's not possible, I know
So just know you are loved, wherever you go

I'll never forget you, not now, not ever
For one day grandad, we'll be back toghether
