Now I feel alone
In search of a new home
For honesty here
Cannot be found, my dear
Can it be found anywhere?

What would I find…
Just the same luck
One more time
Or is honesty
Left to believe
Comes from one's
Other than me?

The more I learn
The less I know
To whom might I trust
In making a happy home
What seemed real
Now seems not
For whom I thought to trust
Now I trust not.

Now I feel alone
In search of a new home
