Lost Poem by Tammy Nicholls

Lost

Rating: 5.0

Loneliness my friend, you're here everyday
Faithful and loyal, how long will you stay
You cradle my tears as they fall from my eyes
So brutally honest, you hear all my cries

With hands that are silent, you hold me so tight
A death grip as such, I know I can't fight
The safety I feel within your strong hold
Can I stay here till the day I grow old

Loneliness my friend, your home is my heart
Here you will stay, we won't ever part
For I am a girl who's lost in my mind
Loneliness and I are one if a kind.
