Lost Colour Poem by ackshay shukla

Lost Colour

Rating: 5.0

Please give me colours to colour my colourless life,
its been a long time facing all the strife.
I don't know when i saw colours last,
give pace to my life, that's moving so fast, faster than me.
I chose colourless, although i could have used colours,
to colour my colourless life...
Bye feeling this distance from 'colours' lessens the pain in strife...
i woke up in the 'morning', but didn't see the rise,
surprisingly, i was the only one, who either slept late or woke late...
I begged to give colours back to my life, to get the sun,
and live my life, with dark curtains overcome.
