Lost Ever To Be Found Poem by Napa Napa

Lost Ever To Be Found

A cancer that only bleeds within,

Eats every happy moment of creation.

Angoy of an innocent child.

Mourning for help, just to be shunned at your door… pleading for life.

Alone, misunderstood, and wanting to be loved.

Only to know love will never come.

Cast aside, left with broken pieces of her soul.

"Why do you shun me, Mother...Why? "

Left searching for what she did wrong,

What mistake was made by her hand?

"Please... Mother Please…"

Bleeding from this disease of love.

Slowly turns into hate for herself.

A child betrust her heart to be given to liars.

Heartbroken, only to be forsaken by the blood she called home.

The brutality of her cries wailing against the wind,

Heard on deaf ears.

Just to be shunned again.

"Please... Please… love me… Mother…" The child pleads

Banished from her own, just to sit in her sorrow alone.

Nothing but the sins she sees within.

"What's wrong with me? " The child whispers.

Her soul grows cold.

With no love in sight.

The comfort she called home was ripped away moments before.

" Why me? Why? " the child cries,

Pain so strong it's felt in the pit of her soul

"Please, Mother… Please… Just love me…"

Frightened, alone to wonder, left to pray for hope.

Reaching for someone… anyone for help.

Will no one come?

Will no one stop this heart from bleeding?

Will no one cure this child's suffering?

Be still my child,

There she will stay, sitting in the darkest corners of your mind.

Cradling pieces of her heart.

The child won't ever know why.

A hole left that can not be filled.

Yearning for comfort and to be loved by thorned roses.

Now the child has hidden never to be loved again.

In its stead the monstrosity you became today.
