Lost In A Box. Poem by Dietra Reid

Lost In A Box.

Yesterday's directions have swiftly taken flight like a blue jay's flight.Turning to the right to find my way out.I became bewildered.Light from life filtered in from a small pin hole in the box.But that was not enough to lift the darkness surrounding me.The sound of thunder heightend my turning left back home.
