Lost in Thoughts

I'm sitting here
I'm freaking out
So lost in my thoughts
My mind a mess



So many problems

That need sorting

Not enough time

To get through them all



Things are changing

Changing to fast

I can't keep up

I'm falling behind



I'm on the verge

Of breaking down

I need to find

A helping hand



I'm on a ladder

With no steps left

No way to get up

Only a way down



I need some help

To build more steps

To find a way up

Outta this mess



Help me think clearly

Set my mind straight

Ease my mind

From this hellish place



Will you help me

Do you care

Or am I forever

To be stuck here
