Loud Silence Poem by Amanda Braccia

Loud Silence

Rating: 5.0

The silence is too loud,
Captured the meaning of proud.

It whispers to you,
Things you never knew.

And it makes you never forget,
feeling buried under cement.

But your emotions listen to the whisper,
Making you cry, whimper.

The silence is too loud,
Captured the meaning of proud.

The silence eats me alive,
I need sounds to arrive.
