Love

Love brings the sunshine in the midst of the rain,
Love makes the heart sing when there seems nothing but pain.
Love blossoms fully when God leads our life,
Creates a glorious path for every man and wife.
We see things differently each day that we rise,
Our vision changes from our own but through each other’s eyes.
Love is the power that can right any wrong,
Cure a broken heart, make sweet any song.
The evils of the world, jealously and rage,
festers through the soul if left along to age.
Cannot withstand when love seeps in an soothes your very soul,
Creates the peace that grows within and releases evil’s hold
Love doesn’t remember the attitudes to others that we give,
It is the unmitigated love in the totality of our being that we live
Selfish love shows the world just how we look at others,
The mirror we face, the world we see, is us and not our brothers
People change church, marriages and love, just like they change their socks,
The genuineness and authenticity of their hearts is rather a log than a Rock
To others we love as ourselves and God we love much more,
We see Him standing with open arm, waiting at His Kingdom’s door.
For there is no Love greater hath been found than to give the life of your son,
In His name, open your heart your life has just begun.
