Love



This is the word I dare not speak
Scared of the havoc it'd wreak
I shall never utter this noun
Even to my woman in a white gown

This word shall kill us all
Waiting for our loved one to whisper it
And when they don't our hearts will fall
Then we die a little bit

This word provokes
A joke
I don't believe
In an idea I can't conceive
