Love Poem by Sabishii Chojutsuka

Love

What is love?
An emotion you feel
A state of being
Is it even real?

Do you feel it?
Or are you it?
Is it what you do?
Or who you are?

If you love someone
How do you know?
Would you do anything?
And how would you show?

If you love someone
And they left you behind
Would you still love them?
For all of time?

If they told you
Get lost. Go away
Would you do it,
And fall into dismay.

Is love what you feel
When the ice melts from your heart
When the pains increases
As you move apart.

Is this love?
Are you quite sure?
It’s for you to decide.
Do you not concur?

'Nasibe Daneshvar (4/7/2008 4: 01: 00 PM) what is your idea about love? you just ask others' Clearly I don't see why you need to ask him. Maybe he already knows what love is and is trying to benefit other people into searching their own soul for their own truths. This poem is rather versatile in the fact that it could look different from anyones point of view. One person might only feel love and believe that they are not love. That it is an emotion not a state of being. So you see this is merely a gateway opened before you by the poet.
