'Love and Happiness

Love and happiness
They are one in the same
They are also very different
They are not a game
What is the meaning of love
I do not know
But the meaning of happiness
Now that can grow.
You can be happy and love
But not always love and be happy.
Having true love is like wearing a glove
Its on and off
It can get you sick and make you cough
At points in time
You will see
That love and happiness can set you free
Now i know the meaning of true love
Its a beautiful gift sent from above
Love is infinite
Let me tell you now
It is very intimate
And makes me say wow
You don't even know
The power of love
There is love all around
It can really grow
You don't need to experience love
With just a partner or mate
That alone even go on a date
There's love with friends and family
Now that can make you happy
Love and happiness
Are two powerful things
That you must experience
To meet your needs
Now happiness has its turn
For me to explain
There is no way
It can cause you pain
Happiness is good
It is cured in time
I know I'm not good
At trying to rhyme
Writing this poem is making me happy
There is no way it can make me sappy
Love and happiness has found me
And will find you to
Just wait for the time
And they will come to you
Just do not wait
Until it is just too late
Just don't let me down
I have faith in you
Cause love and happiness found me
And will find you to
I tell you this now because i love you
Just don't give up
And your dreams will come true.
