Love Cravings Part 1 Poem by ekayu dexter

Love Cravings Part 1

I squinch my eyes
Try to sqeeuze without ease every inch of peace, love and tranquility leaving this fragile me.

Can I express my love with joy?
The fruit bare's the nutrients and nurture to thrive, but is the lemon being squeezed? With it a bitter flavor, the flavor I squeeze.

I search for love in someone's eyes rather than in me.
I feel empty, nothing inside.
No juice coming out of me.
Not even a pinch that could fill a spoon.

Is this the love they talk about, or did I give up to soon?
Frustration turns into anger, anger into sadness and sadness to depression. Is this where love leads to? Is this the romance they talked about? Is this what love do?
This the bitter flavor I taste. But is this the flavor lovers dare to share?
