Love Eludes
Did you know?
I know that
You know
But I know that
You do not know
Knowing is not enough
Love eludes
If you do not feel,
No matter what
You know.
You must show.
Death is slow
But sure to come
Love embraces death
Or death does love
To become
One in body and soul
Which is first
I'll never know.
And I know
Even if I do not know
Love eludes or not
You'll never show.
