Love Entered The Room Poem by Rik Bertrand

Love Entered The Room

And then LOVE entered the room and I was at peace.
I wanted to break out of this sad body I lease.
The love surrounded my essence and pulled me in,
And I was devoured by heavenly sin.

The creation of a new me, through love and affection,
Crafted and molded into pure perfection
I have evolved into a world of peace and revelation.
Ahhh, the feel of true loves sensation.

I have cracked the egg of my old existence,
And have been born into the path of least resistance.
Love, peace and passion where all are one,
This is a life that I shall never shun.

Love has entered the room and devoured my soul
It has released my passion and given me control.
I cry out with Joy as I feel my heart warm to life,
As love wraps around me and cut me like a knife.
