Love Her Truthfully Poem by Rhiannon Free

Love Her Truthfully

Rating: 4.0

She writes poems that no - one will read
People give her advice that she should heed
But she's doing her absolute best
To make sure people are impressed
Yet she doesn't no how to be perfect
Making her parents proud seems to be worth it
A hint of approval and a kind smile
Seemingly makes insecurity worthwhile
Forgetting who she is, doesn't know who she'll be
Self - consciousness fits her so eloquently
Despite her efforts, they're are never enough
Assuming the only way to go now is up
But she's hit rock bottom and still sinking
People spin her lies that she's drinking
She'd hesitate to say she's misunderstood
With a second thought she'd explain if she could
She just wants you to tell her how you want her to be
So when you say you love it's truthfully

It seems shallow at first, but when you look closer you notice it's really deep(: I love this poem. Keep it up(:
