Disturbed with life
and sorrows haunting you
I ask you out for a ride
in my roofless car..
Come, come with me
I promise that we are
not going too far..

I get on the driving seat
with you beside me
In your eyes I can see
the bruises of the past
and those rosy lips
seem lifeless without
your smile..

The car floats on the smooth road.
Leave behind
the worries, the problems
just like the trees on roadside
passing by…
No, Don’t ask about the destination
as I also don’t know..
Let everything go
with the flow…

Open the ties of limitations
that are pulling you back..
Instead of searching,
feel the intangible happiness..

We move at a steady pace
on a lonely road
guarded by the beauty of mountains around..
With the changing view here is a change in you,
It is the little smile on your face
I am glad, my words worked out..

You stand on the seat
with your arms open wide,
head up to the sky and eyes closed..
I can see the wind passing
through your hairs..
They are messy but you no longer care..
Finally you shout loudly
to feel the freedom
and I laugh for no reason…

I stop the car
and we stare
each other with
the smiles that show
our care for
each other..
The feeling is serene and deep.
It is helping me to understand
the essence of a fact that says,
‘Love is abstract.’……
