Love Is Fire Poem by Imafidon Mac Henry

Love Is Fire

Rating: 3.0

love is a raging fire
that burns through
every sole
every soul
and every crown
she's my latest flame
and I've been consumed
by the fire of love
my feet and palms
are as hot as an oven
because of the depth
of love
my heart burns
everytime thought of her
sneaks in like a
thief in the night
and its linger like the oceans
that never runs dry
for love is but the only star
that yonder through
the dimest of nights
and memory of her
are the best memories
without her
love is the ultimate key
to unlock any closed doors
love burns into ashes
and returns unto dust
