Love Is In Between Poem by John Spencer

Love Is In Between

I feel your presence as in the dawn of creation
You surround me with love, with peace, with joy
Like the hand of the unknown, guiding
You shine, like the burning bush, spectacular
Your presence in all that is Between

Turning, turning in ecstasy, everything is meditation
Love, outpouring in dance and music, for me
For all, for you are god, you are eternal peace
Emmaus; powerful in absence if we only see
Power to anyone who will listen, or feel

Silence in the universe, passion in my soul
Channelled for the service of others
Real presence; powerful, potent, peaceful
In the peace of no-mind, only love
For all people, places and things

Aura, shining, always, rainbow
Be your vision, live it well
Whose smile do you see?
Friend, family, foreigner
All one in unconditional regard.
