Gonna sing a sad song on the radio
You hearing my voice threw the stereo
Rhyming these words like your into me
But we all know that your history
Loving your smile but not you laugh
Trying to move forward but your moving me back
Killing my hopes and self esteem
I could never make it into your dreams
putting down my thoughts on this guitar
aiming so high I could hit the stars
but your the angel that gets in the way
saying your never gonna make it anyway

I say say kiss me you say lets go
I say love me you say hell no
I say hold me you say get a way
I say oh well I never loved you anyway
