I thought I loved you
But I guess I always knew
We could never be
Just you and me
I tried to look beautiful
So I could be in your gravitational pull
You’re popular and handsome
But every time I see you I still go num
When you whispered I though you loved me
But it took me so long to see
Your heart wasn’t here
And you put me in fear
It was because of a text message
That nearly stopped my airs passage
I heard you and your friends talking
And heard that I was stalking
I pretended to not know your name
And I will never look at you the same
I hope you’re happy
That you made stories that were wacky
I will always be made fun of
For being ‘pov’
But I though if we went out
You would be my scout
