Love Remembered After Loss (Shakespearean Sonnet) Poem by ashok jadhav

Love Remembered After Loss (Shakespearean Sonnet)

Though thou art gone, thy presence haunts my days,
A gentle light that lingers where thou stood;
In memory's halls, thy laughter still displays
The tender grace that time can ne'er withstood.
I feel thy touch in every whispered breeze,
Thy voice in echoes of the evening air;
Though parted now, my heart remembers these,
And finds thy spirit waiting softly there.
The pain of loss grows tempered by the past,
Each memory a flame that will not die;
Love's shadowed glow endures, serene and vast,
A quiet star that shines beyond the sky.
So though the world may steal thee from my sight,
Thy love remains, unbroken, pure, and bright.
