Love Unseen Poem by timothy prestridge

Love Unseen

Rating: 5.0

You could look for me
but I will not be found by you.

You could listen for me,
but you would only hear a whisper.

You could dream of me,
but you would only see a fantasy.

When you remember me
what do you see?
Do you see the pain hidden inside?

When you think of me,
What does it tell you?
Does it speak of all the
unshed tears of a thousand lonely nights
with out you in my arms?

Forget me and my unspoken love,
its just a dream with in a dream
like a fading memory,

A testimont of a love once shared
that's fleeting like the wind in the eye of a storm.

Brave utterances set aside for honest reflection. An insightful love poem, well articulated and nicely brought forth from the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Timothy.
