Loved Her
I told her that I loved her
but I know that it wasn't true
I didn't want to hurt her
because I knew the pain she'd been thru
She said her mom didn't love her
Her dad was never there
She said no one gave a damn about her
There was no one who would care
So i told her that i loved her
Even though it was a lie
I couldn't stand to see her
lay on her bed and cry
