Lovely Poem by Faustina Marie

Lovely

Rating: 4.0

Lovely, lovely, lovely;
They say that you are lovely

I see the sparkling in your eyes
That says you don't believe

Hiding on the hillside,
Atop the life guard's tower

Put away your fear,
Quiet the lonely thoughts

You're safe, you're sound,
You're real

You're real, my dear, you're real

Filled with sugar and spices
Flower petals on fresh tables
Sweet breads upon the plates

Taste light hellos and laughter
Train your smile to be true

I love you, dear, I do
