Loving A Living Child Poem by Alan Thompson

Loving A Living Child

Loving a living child is so much better than loving one you have to bury
I ask for forgiveness
For all the times I said "you are wrong"
No you're not, I was

You hurt yourself so badly
Your family had to take you off life support
I'm so sorry
Because loving a living child is so much better than loving one you have to bury
