Luciano And Rubric Poem by Sirlanio Jorge Dias Gomes

Luciano And Rubric

Chaste love of enchanted face,
Let us run through the fields of innocence,
Between childish flushes,
Filled with the pleasures of purity.
Yours is mine,
Watching the sweet pulse of youth,
My heart has come,
Revealing unchangeable eternity.
Our candor blossoms with love,
Virgin flowers to perfume the infinity.
Your breath is refreshing like the pomegranate,
And your lips pour honey,
Sweetening ecstatic min'alma.
The days are like diamonds,
Perfect treasure of our joy,
And the nights are long,
To expect you to follow me.
Death will not separate us,
Your spirit will be in me,
Sweet memory of your tenderness.
When the Elysium touches you,
I will go forward bravely;
Under the infinitudes of my humanity.
I will keep your cross,
And I will discover the veil of ignorance;
Revealing the unknown God.
Your light shines on me,
Not the deep love you took me.
