Lunar Eclipse Poem by Mayjorey Dellosa Buendia

Lunar Eclipse

The wind blows in discreet noises
Heart skips while your memory teases
Magic somewhat here, never erases
Footprints you leave, my soul still traces

But shadow of doubt lurkin behind
Slow-killin-pain poisonin the mind
My sealed lips and your bitter-sweet wine
All i recall as our story rewind

Jealousy can be a chronic disease
Turns anyone into an angry beast
Makes a cat nervous…feels like on a leash
But a gift of missin you, she’ll feel appease

As earth passes between sun and moon
Please don’t trade your light for an emerald stone
Trust your moon though she revolves along earth
She gets light from sun where love gives birth

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
