your words stabbed like jagged knife
and i bled
you were never near the truth
so i hurt
so consumed with yourself
i turn invisible

lust disguised as love is what you see
didn't you feel love behind that lust you condemn?
strong as i can be for love of you i feel
weakened by the lust you blame on me i reel

your words cut like a double blade
so i bleed
you have twisted all my truths
so i hurt
so high and mighty with your pride
i am invisible
