Will separate yellow from gold
Wetness from water and
Sprouting from the seed.

Can split
Slow-time from sloth.

Chance of a fall can be
Loaded down
From heights.

Will sieve fire to separate
Warmth and light.

Whip light
To sift the layer of white.

To do all these
Will someone turn this adamant snake
Into my magic wand again?
And hold me back from beginning to turn
Into a worm or an eagle?
