Making Well Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Making Well

Acting upon
The recent advice
Of a clinic
Taking-
Salads in plenty
Drinking
A lot of water
Minding
Simple subtle
Traditional steps
For looking fit and fine.

Natural beauty
And natural glow
An organic wonder
A holistic state of mind
Adding a royal look
To the personality
Practicing
Pull and push ups
Down but not out.

Becoming-
Heart-healthy
Leading to success
Not so easy task
Navigating
Needs hard work
Dedication
Less spicy treats
Plus fit appetizers
Ordering so smartly
To one's own cook
Throwing aside
Comforts of all kind
Wonderful magnetism
Crafts and looms
For a bowlful of delights
Needs infectious
Smiles and laughter
A divine ride:
When
The devil breaks down
With a new rapper
Spread on the ground.

Nurturing
A philosophy
That inspires:
To live
And let others live
In a friendly peaceful
Co-existence
Taking
A serious view
With a heavy
Weight of words
A number of strings
Rocking
Together to bow.

Sizzle and spice
Playing on
Twists and ties
When
East meets West
On a style-high
Historical take
Taking its pick up.
