Man In The Mirror Poem by dougie's fresh

Man In The Mirror

Mirror Mirror on the wall,
You knock me down but still I crawl
I gaze into your empty light
Dark is day and day is night

The man in the mirror wants me dead
He will not rest till blood is shed
But I fight against him with all I possess,
To take control so I can repress

Fueled by anger and empty thoughts
The man continues his onslaught
He shows me I am worthless and there is no hope,
I fight him still continuing to cope.

This has become my daily war
Today I have won the battle
Tomorrow is anyone's guess
As I fight with the man in the mirror.
