Man In The Moon Poem by miranda elizabeth

Man In The Moon

Man in the moon
Why so sad?
Do you see the pain
Away down on earth?
Do you see love
lost to be broken?
Do you see tears spilt
by people left behind?

Man in the moon
Do not feel sad
For every sad moment
there are 100 happy ones.
for every lost love
there is one to stay.
for were tears there are
hugs to be shared.

Man in the moon
do you feel lost?
for your love in away
brightning the day?
do your eyes cry for
you are always apart?
and you are not heard
by any one?

Man in the moon
you are not lost
your love will come
back to you
your eyes cry tears of diamonds
that twinkle across the night sky
your wants are heard by the childer
that come to play at night

Man in the moon
Why do you cry?
do you cry for young soldiers
that will die?
Do you weep for those
that give into temptation?
Do you cry for wrongs
that can't be undone?

Man in the moon
Do not cry
young soldiers die
for freedom and rights
those who can't resist
have family to lean on
wrongs can be undone
with sometime

Man in the moon
Do you ever smile?
for there is so much good
in the world
for everyone can be happy
even when no one else is
love can happen
any time any where3

Nice little ditty when the moon is blue..he smiles when he is crescent shape, clever too for he recycles yesterdays sunshine...regards
