Man-Made Hurricane Poem by nandhithaa SHANBBHAG

Man-Made Hurricane

At the horizon, the gales of unrest grew
The rumors spread and unruly winds blew

The thunder of hatred boomed low and high
The lightning of discord ripped the sky

The squall of strife ripped through the town
In the tempest of anger, all good sense drowned

The waves of destruction stormed on every side
All humanity was washed off by the violent tide

This communal cyclone was to no one's gain
Brother turned against brother in this man-made hurricane
